Rotary Engine Powered Gen-Sets

Global Rotary Power intends to manufacture a series of power generators for various applications. This will include stand-by generators, agricultural power, marine generators, fire-engine power supply units, refrigeration power supply units, plus many others. Future Gen-Sets will be configured to produce different voltages and amperages, including AC power @ 120 or 240 volts. They can also include an air conditioning compressor, pumps, or hydraulic power systems in conjunction with the alternators listed below.


Engine = GR-CC401G-Ca      28.0 HP @ 3,600 RPM



The prototype Gen-Set can be configured as follows:
  1. 150 amp. output @24 volt = 3.6 Kw
    The Gen-Set will utilize 18 HP in this configuration
  2. 350 amp. output @24 volt = 8.4 Kw
    The Gen-Set will utilize 18 HP in this configuration
  3. 500 amp. output @24 volt = 12 Kw
    The Gen-Set will utilize 28 HP in this configuration
Future Gen-sets will be built using the GR-OC651G-Ca engines, producing about 20 Kw of power. A smaller engine (20 HP @ 6,000 rpm) will be used in a 5 Kw Gen-set. When the multi-fuel (Diesel & Bio-Diesel) engines become available other Gen-Sets will be produced.
